Refund policy

Beadsy.ca – Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unopened and unused, in the original sealed packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at craftshop@beadsy.ca.
Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at craftshop@beadsy.ca if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened bead packages or any products removed from original packaging

  • Custom handmade jewelry or made-to-order designs

  • Sale items and gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product before purchasing.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in real life due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and device screens.
These small differences in color or shade do not qualify as a defect and are not a valid reason for return. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Custom handmade jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Color variations may occur due to screen diffe.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return first.
Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at craftshop@beadsy.ca.
