Beadsy.ca — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after being received.
Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
If an order is placed after business hours, it will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, during standard Canada Post and courier service hours.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next available business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Orders under $100 CAD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping costs and options are displayed before you complete your purchase.


Local Pickup (In-Store Pickup)

We offer a free local pickup option from our store location in Manitoba, Canada.
If you select the Local Pickup option during checkout, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up your order.
Pickup is available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.
The pickup address is our official business location, listed on our website’s Contact page.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Average delivery time within Canada is typically 3–7 business days, but may vary based on postal delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Beadsy.ca is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to follow your parcel through the carrier’s website.


Shipping Damage or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at craftshop@beadsy.ca.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue promptly.


International Shipping (if applicable)

At this time, we primarily ship within Canada.
For international orders, please contact us directly to confirm availability and shipping costs.
